The Michigan Federation for Children and Families invites dynamic speakers to submit proposals to deliver a keynote address at the 2025 Senior Management Conference, taking place September 10-12, 2025, at Crystal Mountain Resort in Thompsonville, MI.

This highly anticipated event gathers leaders from across the nonprofit community-based service field for three days of inspiration, learning, and connection.

We seek thought-provoking, impactful, and engaging keynote presentations that address the challenges and opportunities facing nonprofit organizations.

Keynotes should provide practical strategies and innovative insights that:

Call for Workshop & General Session Proposals

We are seeking proposals that address the challenges and opportunities facing nonprofit organizations and provide practical tools and strategies for impactful leadership. Session topics should be insightful, innovative, and actionable, reflecting the diverse needs of our membership.

Suggested Topics Include:
Leadership Development & Workforce Strategies – Professional growth, workforce retention, and engaging multi-generational teams.
Strategic Planning & Data-Driven Decision-Making – Using metrics and data to drive organizational impact and effectiveness.
Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives – Implementing DEI strategies to foster inclusive workplaces and services.
Advocacy & Policy Impact – Engaging policymakers, board members, and stakeholders in advocacy efforts.
Innovations in Service Delivery – Reinventing programs, leveraging Two-Generation (2Gen) approaches, and improving service effectiveness.
Workplace Wellness & Trauma-Informed Leadership – Supporting staff through mindfulness, wellness initiatives, and trauma-informed practices.
