Position: Residential Youth Development Specialist – 2nd, 3rd and Part Time Shifts Available
Reports To: Residential House Supervisor
Beginning Pay Range: $12.35 - $13.00
Schedule: Full-time. 4 days a week

Full and part time shifts positions in a non-secure residential treatment program, providing youth-centered counseling, care, direction and support. Assure youth are physically and emotionally safe while working as part of a larger treatment team, teaching and modelling social, communication, decision making and conflict resolution skills in support of therapist-designed service plans. Both second and third shift positions offer 4 day workweeks, overtime opportunities and eventual leadership opportunities.
Qualifications: Experience working with children and youth with emotional and behavior challenges strongly preferred, with some college education in psychology, social work, sociology, youth and family studies or related field a plus. Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record required.
