About this Opportunity: The Specialist position is full-time. As a vital member of the HR team, you will provide human resources support to the employee base including benefits administration. Expert technical, computer and administrative skills are imperative as you maintain the Human Resources Information System. We need you to be professional, organized, detail oriented and maintain a high degree of confidentiality with personal and sensitive employee data. Various HR skills desired including background screening, benefits, FMLA and Worker’s Comp.
You will know you’re successful in this role when:
✓ Department workflow is smooth and manageable ✓ Employee data is accurate ✓ Personnel needs are met in a timely manner
