Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Reports to: Family Supports Services Coordinator

Full-time position. Behavior Analysis is the systematic study of behavior. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the application of the principles of learning and motivation from Behavior Analysis, and the procedures and technology resulting from those principles, to the solution of problems of social significance. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides and supervises behavior analysis, assessing individuals, most often on the Autism Spectrum (AS), with problematic behaviors, studies changes the environment has on behavior, and designs and implement plans to positively impact problematic behaviors. This includes direct supervision of Behavior Technicians. This position reports to the Family Supports Services Coordinator.
Qualifications: Current certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) with at least one year of ABA experience and a Master’s Degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, social work or related field required. Bi-lingual persons are encouraged to apply.
