Participation now open for 2008 Salary & Fringe Benefit Survey

June 30th, 2008

Private nonprofit child and family service agencies are encouraged to participate in the 2008 Salary & Fringe Benefit Survey, conducted annually by the Michigan Federation for Children and Families. Surveys should be completed and returned by July 22, 2008.

Two ways to report are offered this year:
• The traditional hard copy survey
• An Excel file (compatible with PC-based 2003 Excel)
Please use whichever method works best for you.

We’ve refined many of the survey questions to make them easier to answer and allow us to report information most useful as you evaluate and budget for your agency’s employee compensation package.

If you choose to submit your data via the Excel file, please also have a printed copy of the paper form on hand for easy reference.

Federation member agencies participate in this survey at no charge. Agencies which are not currently Federation members are encouraged to participate but are charged a fee of $100 each to help offset costs of data entry, report preparation and dissemination. These agencies are asked to submit a Notice of Intent to Participate in 2008 Salary Survey, along with their payment.

Thank you in advance for your major role in the success of this valuable resource!
