Responsibilities:
Responsible for direct supervision of staff and management of: 1) outpatient counseling including mental health, psychiatry and substance abuse services, 2) outreach services to the Spanish speaking and 3) supervision of the behavioral health support staff.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social work or psychology from an accredited graduate school.  Three years experience in providing direct service within an outpatient setting.  Five or more years experience in a clinical setting to include supervision.  State of Michigan certification within areas of professional discipline.  Strong program planning, development skills and knowledge and experience with managed care and substance abuse services, as well as excellent clinical abilities required.

Position: Unit Based Out Patient Therapist II – Muskegon

LMSW, LLP, or LPC to provide outpatient mental health and counseling services to children, adolescents and adults in Muskegon office.  Must be willing to work late afternoon and early evening hours.
