Federation welcomes Elizabeth A. Carey as new executive director
On March 22, 2004, Elizabeth A. Carey assumed the duties of Executive Director of the Michigan Federation for Children and Families. Carey replaces William E. Long, who retired from the post in December after ten years on the job.
